By accessing or using Geosys AI ("the Service"), operated by Geosys AI Analytics Private Limited, A-12, Damodar Colony, Meerut, UP, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Geosys AI is a geospatial intelligence platform that allows users to upload, visualize, and analyze geospatial datasets using AI-powered tools. The Service includes map visualization, dataset management, AI analysis, and related features.

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the platform. After the trial period:

• Certain usage limits may apply
• You may contact us to discuss continued access or pricing options
• Your data will not be deleted when the trial expires

You retain full ownership of any data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than operating the Service.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

As a beta service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Experience bugs or unexpected behavior typical of beta software

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at yash@saitech-systems.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
